Born 9/10/2006 at 3:28am. 6 pounds, 3 ounces. 18.5 inches long.

He was nearly a month early, but only considered a preemie by a couple days. What that means is that he came out just as healthy and ready to go as a full-term baby.

Mom and baby both did fine, and Terry made it through with only one minimal dose of drugs. No epidural or anything major like that.

Neil gets to head home today, 9/12/2006, to see his new home and settle in. We’re ready to go!
