I take sandy boogers as a sign my kids had a great day playing outside.

What will arrive first, my baby girl or my iPhone 4S?

I've been ordering stuff from Amazon for 15 years.

My first purchase was, of course, a couple of books: The Great Bridge : The Epic Story of the Building of the Brooklyn Bridge and The Contrary Farmer. The bridge book was for me and pretty interesting. I’m guessing the farmer book was for my wife of the time, but I don’t remember.

The next year I bought 8 more books. Then I just went nuts and now I buy just about everything I can from Amazon. (Free Prime shipping and 3% cash back on my Amazon Visa encourage this behavior.) It’s both a good thing and a bad thing that Amazon doesn’t provide some kind of running total for what you’ve spent over the years.

Whelp, guess I'm a grandpa now. Ariya Grace McDonough.

One of the more attention pieces of junk mail I've received.

My wife will not let me buy this lamp for me for her birthday.

The 2nd #PanAm bag I've won. These bags are high quality items—I hope the show lives up to them!

My first Pan Am bag was more earned than won, by waiting in some lines
at Comic-Con. This one I won through Twitter. What’s nice is that the
two bags are different styles. When I pulled this one out of the box,
Terry actually complemented it instead of making fun, so you know it’s
nice!

Uh huh. Pretty sure my boy needs this.
