Wow what fun I have had with these guys. I am staying with them so I can help Terry as much as possible and so Steven can go off to San Diego and not worry his head off.

I am sure he didn’t make it to ….no worrying as Terry is about 6 months preggers and his mom (me) is kinda old…but hey…we are doing just fine.

Today I did the laundry for her, however when I volunteered I did not know she had like a year’s worth hiding in the closets. So it took most of the day to get it done but it is all folded and put up. Yea.

Tomorrow I volunteered to clean bathrooms and sweep and dust but now a couple of things have come up that we didn’t plan on so with any luck I won’t have time to do that and Steven will have to do it when he gets home on Wednesday morning.

I have been running up and down 44 flights of stairs all day long and my legs are protesting. Of course the cat litter bo is on the 3rd floor and the trash goes in the garage downstairs and the freezer is down there and Gillian has to go potty on the 2nd floor and on and on and on. I figure that at the very least I am burning off some of the food I am eating.

Three times Terry’s church brought us a wonderful meal with cupcakes, cake, and other good stuff and I did not want to hurt anyone’s feelings so I ate some….of all of it. We still have tons left for Steve and Calvin when they get home.

My little grandchildren have been teaching me lots of new stuff and Gillian likes to kiss a lot. Boy is she a good kisser and you never know when it is coming. Yummy. She lets me help her with everything unless she has just woken up and then she only wants Mommy. So I have learned all about dressing and helping an almost 3 year old do everything. She is so funny and so cute I spend most of my time laughing at her. Neil…almost 5…is really fun to talk to. He is so smart I can’t believe it and he never forgets anything.

I sure will miss them when I return to Phoenix altho it is cooler there then here…

My kitties will be glad I am home altho David and Barb are spoiling them rotten.

Kind of funny to be here so long and my son is NOT here. I miss him.
